We are seeking an experienced SEO Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective SEO strategies that increase website traffic, improve search engine rankings, and generate leads.
- Promote company’s product and services in the digital space.
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
- Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels and optimize content for the website and social networking channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc.
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify high-potential keywords that drive traffic and conversions.
- Develop and execute on-page and off-page optimization strategies to improve website visibility and rankings.
- Perform website audits to identify technical issues and recommend solutions to improve website structure, speed, and user experience.
- Create high-quality, optimized content, including blog posts, articles.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and search engine performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Develop and execute link building strategies that drive high-quality backlinks to our website.

Monthly Salary : Rs.10,000-12,000
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about our services/products.
- Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls.
- Fixing an appointment with Decision makers over Phone or Email and route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
- Minimum 6 months experience in cold calling/Telecalling.
- Previous work experience in IT Services Industry will be an Advantage
- Excellent Communication Skills in Odia, Hindi,& English.
- Good Convincing Skill.

- Cold-Calling & Fixing meetings on daily basis.
- Meeting Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly Sales Targets
- Identifying new sales leads
- Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers
- Prepare detailed quotations and commercial proposals for clients. Negotiate with customers.
- Approaching for Website Design / Website Development/ SEO Projects
- Convert the inbound leads to business.
- At least 1 year of work experience as Sales or Business Development Executive in IT Industry.
- Responsible for entire sales cycle from pitching, follow up, positioning, negotiating and closing the deal.
