Position : Lead Generation/PCF Executive
Qualification : Any Graduate
Experience : 6 Months (Real Life)
Place of Posting: Bhubaneswar

Responsibilities :

Attend Incoming & Outgoing calls with proper etiquette and maintaining records for them.
To do the data entry, make reports whenever required by the team.
Make cold calls to explore new business opportunities and Interact with clients on a daily basis and identify IT services (such as website Design and Development, SEO)
Client Communication & Pre-Sales activity. Daily 25-30 client calls and bulk Mails and SMS send, Maintain complete Database and Report.
Follow up with existing clients
Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved
Lead generation from social media sites like Facebook, LinkedIn etc.
Collect the client data from various classified sites.
Post Sales Activity- Collect existing customer feedback on a regular basis.
